This time we are assigned to make a Fish Fillet w/ a TARTAR sauce which is tastier and appealing to the eye and seekful by the flavor 😍
DISH AND SAUCE ☆
●TARTAR SAUCE
INGREDIENTS:
-1 cup mayonnaise
-3 1/2 pickle relish
-1 1/2 capers
-2 onion
-1/2 dried parsley
-1/2 white sugar
PROCEDURE:
1.) In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and minced onion. Stir in lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
●FISH FILLET
INGREDIENTS:
-2 tilapia fillets, cut into 2 pieces lengthwise 360g
-1 pinchsalt [optional]
-0.2 gground pepper to taste [optional]
-2 tbspwhite flour (all purpose)16g-1eggs size large
-2 crispy fry 16 g
-1 tbsp olive oil15mL
-1/2 lemons, cut into quarters [optional]
PROCEDURE:
1.) In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg, mustard, and salt; set aside. Place the potato flakes in another shallow dish.
2.) Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
3.) Dip fish fillets in the egg mixture. Dredge the fillets in the potato flakes, making sure to completely coat the fish. For extra crispy, dip into egg and potato flakes again.
4.) Fry fish fillets in oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
