MY OVERALL EXPERIENCES (GRADE 10 CPTLE)

KNOWLEDGE AND COOKING SESSIONS

THE FIRST TIME I STEPPED IN THE WORLD OF GRADE 10 , I AM MOSTLY LIKE EXCITED ABOUT LEARNING MANY THINGS ABOUT COOKING , MAKING MANY KINDS AND DISHES AND HAVING FUN WHENEVER I AM COOKING😂

IN MY FIRST QUARTER EXPERIENCE IS WHEN WE COOKED A SIMPLE BUT DELICANT DISH WHICH IS SCRAMBLED AND OMELLETTE EGG AND LASTLY A FILIPINO DELICACY PALITAW! THAT WE ALSO TACKLED ABOUT TECHNIQUES AND DIFFERENT KINDS OF EGG DISHES AND MANY KINDS OF FILIPINO DELICACIES, EQUIPMENTS AND TOOLS FOR MAKING MANY KINDS OF DISHES 😃

IN MY SECOND QUARTER EXPERIENCE IS WHEN WE COOKED A HEALTHY VEGETABLE DISH WHICH IS CHOPSUEY WITH SOME ADD ONS 😂 WELL THE CHOPSUEY WE MADE WAS VERY SIMPLE BUT ENDED UP DELICIOUSLY 😥😍 WE ALSO TACKLED ABOUT TECHNIQUES, METHODS, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS TO USE WHEN MAKING A VEGETABLE DISHES

IN MY 3RD QUARTER EXPERIENCE IS WHEN WE MADE A FISH FILLET, WHICH WE LEARNED THE DIFFEREN CUTS AND MARKET FORMS OF FISH, SO THAT WE CAN MAKE A FRESH AND DELICIOUS FISH FILLET 😍 WE TACKLED ABOUT THE METHODS, TECHNIQUES, TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS TO USE WHEN MAKING A FISH FILLET , WELL ITS WORTH IT AT ITS BEST 😍😃

IN MY 4TH QUARTER EXPERIENCES IS WHEN WE ARE ASSIGNED TO HAVE A FOOD EXPO IN WHICH WE WILL SELL SOME DUMPLINGS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS😂😃 AND WE ARE ALSO ASSIGNED TO HAVE A TIANGGE WHICH WE CALLED IT GOLD MAGIC!!! WHEN YOU BUY OUR ITEMS YOUR LIFE CHANGES , BECAUSE ITS GOLD MAGIC !!!! THIS IS ALSO THE QUARTER WHEN WE TACKLED ABOUT POULTRY AND MEAT DISHES, IN TERMS WE LEARN DIFFERENT CUTS OF EACH TYPE OF POULTRY AND MEAT😎 HAVING A PROPER HYGIENE IS THE BEST OF ALL

FOOD EXPO & TIANGGE!!! (4TH QUARTER)

DUMPLING HAUS


      In the 2nd day of FIATHLETICS 2019 we are assigned to make a FOOD EXPO which we planned to sell DUMPLINGS with some add ons.


     Our dumplings are delicious and more like many customers are craving for it and we sell so many and we made the point that we're out of stock😭 Mostly, We still enjoyed and gained experience on this food expo.


GOLD MAGIC (TIANGGE)


     In the 3rd day of FIATHLETICS 2019 we are now assigned to have a TIANGGE, In which we sell accessories and pre loved items for some customers to take care of our items



  That day we are stressed because as always we have a lot of customers which we call "mga suki", they really loved our items and it brings fun for them , It is the thing we call GOLD MAGIC!!!

FISH FILLET !!!🐟 ( 3RD QUARTER)

This time we are assigned to make a Fish Fillet w/ a TARTAR sauce which is tastier and appealing to the eye and seekful by the flavor 😍

DISH AND SAUCE ☆   

●TARTAR SAUCE           



INGREDIENTS:
 -1 cup mayonnaise
 -3 1/2 pickle relish
 -1 1/2 capers
 -2 onion
 -1/2 dried parsley
 -1/2 white sugar

PROCEDURE:
1.) In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and minced onion. Stir in lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

●FISH FILLET

INGREDIENTS:
-2 tilapia fillets, cut into 2 pieces                 lengthwise 360g
 -1 pinchsalt [optional]
 -0.2 gground pepper to taste [optional]
 -2 tbspwhite flour (all purpose)16g-1eggs            size large
 -2 crispy fry 16 g
 -1 tbsp olive oil15mL
 -1/2 lemons, cut into quarters [optional]

PROCEDURE:
1.) In a shallow dish, whisk together the egg, mustard, and salt; set aside. Place the potato flakes in another shallow dish.
2.) Heat oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
3.) Dip fish fillets in the egg mixture.  Dredge the fillets in the potato flakes, making sure to completely coat the fish. For extra crispy, dip into egg and potato flakes again.
4.) Fry fish fillets in oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
